Game 11
The finger returns!

21st August and the start of the game was very strange. With six of the PFC solider's gathered together there was great debate whether it was going to be an FC or a Sep. The final decision coming from the fact that the rules state that 6 or 7 people must be there for an FC so an FC it was. We'll be looking at the rules in the next league to ensure that all player are there for every game next league.

Geth starts out strong with his Queens coming up for him twice but loses a load of chips to Bob after Bob hits a straight on the flop. It was only a matter of time before wounded Geth was out.

Bob and seaf tussle with their chip stacks picking each other off for a while. Moving on, we had a massive chip depletion from math as he hits a flush only to be met by Seaf's full house. At this point Seaf and bob are high stacked, Geth & Math low and Thom and Dani sitting in between. Math goes all in with a pair of fives but Bob has secret sixes and take Math out.

The very next hand Geth goes all in with 10s but bob is sitting pretty with Jacks and takes Geth out, double take down! Over confident Bob then goes and gives Seaf a large amount of chips.

4 players left. Still over confident Bob loses a massive stack to Thom as his straight crumbles against Thom's flush. Thom moves into second place, Seaf still ahead.

Seaf eats a pasty.

Hour or so passes and no one wants to go out forth. Bob wanting Dani to get out and Dani's thinking the same about Bob. The queens are back out again as Thom takes the blinds, the forth time we've seen the queens tonight. finally forth place is decided as Bob hits the rail. Goes out playing 10 3 against Thom's K 10, it was that or get blinded out.

Very next hand thom goes out to Seaf trips, a good game for Thom.

Down to Seaf v Dani and with Seaf massive chip stack Dani had a lot to do.. too much really especially when they're both all in and Seaf finishes the game off with the first ever FC Royal Flush. A great way to end the game and Seaf is now loving the top spot. WP Seaf avery good game from him.

Game 10
All change please!

July 29th and what a swift start to the game, only around 20 minutes delayed!

With the re launch of Thom's raccoon mind tricks it seemed like Gunn was in a confident good game. Played his cards right until Bob caught Jack trips against his pocket kings. UL Thom, didn't do anything wrong just hit a bad beat.

Bish bash bosch the host goes out 2nd, probably ending his dreams of a placed finish this season. High spirits remained as Bish lays on the hospitality. TY Bish.

Bravado bad boy Math was surprisingly next to leave the arena. Playing a good game up until a time where his chips seemed to disappear into Dani's stack. This was more than likely due to a earning to play his IPhone or think about being on a boat

Tooth aching stack making Da Toe holds on for most of the game despite being in pain from a bad tooth. The current PFC champion dearly wanted to finish above Bob but it was not to be as he takes the dreaded 4th place.

Down to 3 and the early leaving Geth last week was in much better shape to stay at the table and show the squad what he's made of. Agro betting throughout the match put him in a great place to develop his stack. All in against Seaf at the end of the game gave him his 3rd place.

Low stacking throughout as usual the crew were gagging to get Bob out as early as possible. But with some nice double ups he came right back to claim 2nd place and push him up to the top of the table. The ultra lucky Bob caught so many cards at the right times.

This weeks winner was Seaf. Again using his agro style betting and checking out the competition he kept winning his pots and developing hi lead. Taking down Geth towards the end pushed him way into the lead. All in against Bob at the end he devoured his stack and was certain for the win. Now sitting in second place he must be getting excited for the last three games.Has he got what it takes to reach the top? Find out in next weeks game! WP Seaf

GG all.

Game 9
A stitch in time, wastes time!

July 19th and it's game time for a full house of players. With 3 people missing at the start time of 8pm the punctual players had to wait to start. Bish turned up and we're still left waiting for the start... although looking at the rules (at the bottom of the reports, down there) it states that we could've started with 5 players do! Anyway, the game started at 9.20 and we were off!

First to go was the uninterested Geth. Late turn up after a sleep and his head wasn't in it.

Next up to hit the rail, shockingly, was Seaf! With all the banter pre-game we thought we'd see Seaf reaching the top realms of the positional list but this was not to be as he ditches out and goes hope somewhat disappointed.

Dani had been catching up on his sleep after his recent holiday but he hadn't caught up enough as a couple of bad bets sends him out of the game much to the delight of the other members!

We're down to the dreaded 4th place and Thom was looking good with his AK.. all against Bob's AA, oh wait that wasn't supposed to happen. After a lot of cursing and a cat scram he settles for a game on the PS3. UL Thom.

Down to the final 3 and it's Bob's turn to go out. After low stacking early on Bob came back to have a relatively good chip stack only to tighten up too much and leak the rest of his chips out to Math. With his3rd place bob climbs back into the league lead.

Math played a great game with strong betting and good bets. He sustained a large chip stack throughout but finally lost his grip against this weeks winner Bish.

Bish has been very quiet throughout this league with only 1 second place and a 3rd. But from the bottom of the table he has now started his mammoth task of rising up the ranks to get into the money. WP Bish good to see you back on form. GG all.

Game 8
I'm on a boat!

A WTF start to this weeks game; 4th june 2010. With Geth mysteriously quitting
PFC, Dani forgetting about time and Math cruising it on a boat somewhere in the channel. The start of the game was somewhat bored!

The big news really is Geth quitting after sending a text to Seaf stating that he wouldn't be playing anymore games for PFC. An absolute shock to the players but much more of a disappointment. One of the veteran members has gone. There is also the matter of the money. Geth still needs to pay his buy in for the tournament. If it was in a casino then he would still have to pay the buy in.

Everyone thinks that Geth should play on, there's still 5 games left in the tourney and he could turn it around. We've seen him win in the past and a 12 pointer would put him right back up there. No one wants to see Geth go and we're saying that he should stay... you're in the game!

Special end game report from Contender Seaf :

Its nail biting now! Tom won game with J's to knock me out in 2nd, I knocked Dani out with a 5 against Dani's a j(i think)..Dani was short stacked, I also knocked math out who was blinded out and Dani knocked Bish out..(bish moving allin with an 8 after the flop and Dani hitting 2 pair on flop to knock him out, ...cant remember how Bob lost....lol

Thanks Seaf!

WP Thom for the win.

Game 7
When you lose you bruise.

May 18th and the seven PFC comrades get together at Bellarus for game 7. After the onslaught of off table banter on this web site the scene was set for an all out battle for the points.

Almost bang on time Geth steps up to the plate only to go out in the very early stages. Maybe the earliest we've seen someone go out and it was an easy call from Seaf holding KK against Geths all in with 9s. Bruised and battered Geth leaves the arena and scoots off home.

Next to go was Thom. After last weeks top spot victory Thom was in the firing line from the curse of the winners. From top to almost bottom Thom didn't really play bad cards. The most noticeable hand was with Bob raising all in with middle pair and with Thom holding KK he successfully worked out that Bob didn't’t have an ace. Unfortunately for Thom Bob makes a flush on the turn and sends Thom to the rail.

Although Math was next to leave the table he did actually go up in the ranking... the Donkey rankings that is! Now currently in top spot and it looks like nobody is going to reach him! Great commitment to the PFC ways, banter at an all time high but just couldn't get his head into the game, even with his poker fiancé there for moral support.

Next up and we've got Seaf. Playing a fair game and developing a nice doubled up stack from Geth in the early stages of the game it looked as though the human yoyo would be on his way for claim the points. This wasn't to be as Seaf gets stung in a few big pots, most noticeable was a stunning all in bluff from Bob to scoop and nice amount of chips. UL Seaf.

Third place, we're in the money and look who it isn’t it's only bubble boy Bob. This player has been consistently hitting the top spots throughout the league and currently remains top of the table. This is down to some good patient play but also Bob seems to be getting lucky at the right times. Being only dealt bullets once it seemed that the top cards weren’t reaching him and when down to three, Bob's all in with A 10 against Bish's 10 10 sent him hurtling to the rail.

Heads up and we have two PFC Champions heah-2-head. Bish Bash v Le Toe and it wasn't long until we saw the final hand. Bish has been residing at the bottom of the PFC table and it was this week he really needed to turn it around. Chip stacking throughout most of the game it looked like he could turn his league around and start hitting the points to climb the table. Suddenly Dani raises all in and Bish calls... Q 7 and Bish doesn’t hit but does claim an important 9 points.

This weeks winner just so happens to be Dani. After having a quiet couple of weeks with a 5th and a 4th (lucky bastard) he really needed to get a few more points to keep him incontension for the win. Dani's sweet offerings this week was an interesting choice; chocolate covered iceing sugar typr sweets subtly poisioned the PFC minds into thinking that their cards were better than they were. With great banter on and off the table Dani surges up the table into second spot.

WP Dani, GG all.

Game 6
Return of the Donks.

May 10th and we're playing in the realms of Bellarus. A stuffy environment where the windows must remain shut at all times. We had another full house of attendees and all were ready to take math out battle it out for game 6's bountiful 12 points.

The catching ability of Bish Bash this week was not to be seen as a semi aggressive strategy led him to his demise.

After another all out banter attack from Math just before the game (ie. Donkey list: No.1 donkey is geth then as follows, Bish, Seaf, Thom, Bob, Dani, Me.) spirits were high and a lot of the 'donks' were out to get him. Couple of bad bluffs and plainly atrocious play, Math couldn't stick around much longer after not being able to defend his stack.

5th place this week went to a somewhat weak Bob. Opting again for his never calla tactics it didn't pay off this week. Bob was waiting for Dani to hit this spot but he kept winning his all ins and hung on in there. Bob's all in was taken away from him with, guess what, Dani trebling up.

After holding on, it was finally Dani's turn to turn in his chips and head home. Super low stacking for the latter part of the game Dani kept coming back and turning his chips into more life lines.

Geth's punctuality was bang on time this week.. well only out by 10mins. Good to see Geth not missing any blinds and not having any chip reduction too. Somewhat agitated at the start of the game but kept his cool to turn it around for the payout of 3rd place.

Heads up and it was down to Thom and Seaf. Seaf had been ultra low stacked at the beginning of the game and looked at one point to be going out. With some measured play Seaf climbs his way back to the final table and claims second place.

This weeks winner is Thom who brought forth a number of juicy bounties for the PFC massive. A great bonus to the game, thanks :) Thom's game was one of confidence and he played really well. The game all came to a head when Thom caught a nice flush on the river to send him to the top and the full 12 points. WP Thom, GG all.

Game 5
Karma Drama .

5th May in the Totalitarian Mansions and finally an actual full house of players. After the controversial last game the flow was a little disruptive as Math n Gunn launches a full on banter attack on the PFC warriors.

After swiping a shed load of chips from Bob in the early parts of the game with an unbishleavable river catch, Bish was stacking it high throughout most of the game. Concentration must have slipped as Bish slid out of the match in 7th place.

Thom's no shit approach to this weeks game was really working for him until a weak re raise with Kings allowed Math to call with A5 and hit an Ace of the flop and with Thom then going all in it was an easy call. One major slip up and Thom was sent hurtling to his car and home from some therapeutic stoner metal.

After the onslaught of online banter battles via the PFC website it seems Le Toe called upon the great Keegan in his attempt for the top. Top class bravado off the table didn't help as he lets his chips slip out of his fingers and into someone else's.

Dreaded 4th place goes to Geth who had a really good game accumulating a pretty fair chip stack but not being able to develop it much further. With blinds rising the time came to make a move.. although this move only towards the rail.

Down to 3 and from what once was a massive chip lead, Seaf slowly loses his chips to the Sepmaster. Playing a very strong game Seaf had to take his chances to knock the others out but with a run of bad luck at the end came unstuck and allowed Bob into the final table.

Heads up and it was plain to see who was chip leader. With Bob stacking around 2500 chips to Maths 32500 it was an easy call to guess the winner. But the fact that Bob got to heads up is astounding. After Bish wiping most of his chips down to 1500 at the start of the game, Bob didn't play hardly a single hand. Doubling up a couple of times in the match kept him in as he watched the other PFC players crash and burn!

Winning this week is the disrupter Math. Taking the brakes off his game, he aggressively battled his way to the top. Early parts of the game showed Math fully bluffing Bob out of pots to keep him low stacking. Math's tactical mental war on the PFC minions really paid off has he claims the full 12 points and keeps his right up the right end of the table.

WP Math, GG All.

Game 4
The Contro.

After the first full house of the season Game 4 was to turn out the most controversial game of the season. Report to follow.

Game 3
Maoam invasion at Mathganistan

Six PFC warriors gathered at Mathganistan on 22ndAprilfor game 3 and what a game it turned out to be.

Without Bish Bash to raise 120 at every opportunity it was anyone's game. The late start to the game meant that everyone was raring to go and in the early stages of the game at lot of chips moved around the table.

Geth chips moved a little too much and he was forced out of the game much to his disappointment.

This weeks's 5th place went to Dani, much to the delight of the other players. Dani wasn't on form this week, suffering from tiredness and over maoam sugar intake.

Hanging on in there for 6th place was Thommy Gunn. Breaking the binary code once again into the realms of Hexadecimal. Some good solid play but a couple of slips.

Down two from last weeks 1st place was Bullet Bob who living up to his name received the bullets twice.. nice! Some lucky catches brought Bob up into the top three which keeps him on top of the table.

Heads up and it's the reborn Nemmebattle™ of Seaf & Math. Both evenly stacked going into the the relatively short end game, it looked as if it could go either way. With Math catching QQ's and AK in the latter part of the game, Math nails his first league win of the season.

WP Math, GG all.

Game 2

Massive hands

14th April saw the PFC crew get down and dirty with an all out bloodfest which was game 2.

This week game seemed to be dominated with massive hands. Full houses, straights & flushes seemed to creep into the majority of the game with many of the pros getting stung for a good deal of chips.

With Dani away this week the PFCers stood a much better chance of winning! First to go was Geth, who bet a little too much in his final hand, going all in with two pair against Bob's hidden straight. The PFC curse of losing after a win is still prominent.

After the bravado and the 72off antics from Seaf at last time's SEP™, it seemed as though he was ready to take the game by storm but unfortunately it was not to be as his KK all in was called by Bish's 99 which provided Bish a straight on the river.. unbishleavable catching ability! the PFC love was with Seaf but no love in the way he ran.

This week's 4th place went to a player who was on the yoyo trail. Right from the outset Math was playing an over aggressive strategy which depleted his chip stack early on. Playing tighter he went on to recoup some chips but some rash decisions forced him out of the game. With the Nemebattles™ at a low it seems like there might be another Nemesis on Maths back... SEAF!

Top three this week comprised of the bottom three of the table last week. Bish Bash played a great game and developed a very large chip stack throughout. but this was to be given away to Bob in the late stages of the game in a moment of madness. Maybe the lack of stamina, concentration or tiredness got to him but with an all in re-raise with A high against Bob's two pair he was happy to get going on his journey home. Thanks for the chips Bish :)

Down to heads up and Thom and Bob were left to battle it out for the teitle of the PFC champion. Bob had acquired a massive chip stack and with the wall of doom it looked like he would easily take Thom out to win the money. Many hands passed as each player looked for their moment to strike. Thom's chips grew as he doubled up, then doubled up again and eventually took the chip lead. Dismayed, Bob looked like he was losing it until Thom min raised Bob's big blind. Although holding a measly 8 4off Bob called the min raise and hit a pair of 8s. Bob was back in the lead and it wasn't that long until they were both all. Thom's Ace high wasn't enough for the pair of Queens Bob had and it was all over. A great start to Thom's anti-binary league and a brilliant recovery from Bobs 5th place last week. Top of the table and Bob's gotta look to dodge the curse of the PFC winners.

Game 1 League 5
..and we're back in the room!

After a long hiatus with the start of the new league, the PFC players were eager to get things moving so started by mapping out the new rules (See below report).

Battling it out for the teitle this league is Bob, Bish, Dani, Geth, Math, Seaf and Thom. Although Thom couldn't make it for the first game.

First to fall was last season's 4th place finisher Bish. Who after a terrible bad beat, quad 7s on the flop losing to runner runner jacks for Dani's quad jacks, managed to hold on for a bit until his Queens finished him off against Bobs AK

Bob's skill and judgment was not on form in this first game and although he seemed to get back into his stride a bit his unfortunate bluffing tactics against the Sepmaster was to be his downfall.

With Bob leaving the arena the game looked to be a long running affair. Reports indicated to PFC admin revealed that Math was next to leave. After successfully negotiating a number of Nemmabattles™ he went on to be reasonably placed at 4th.

Seaf hits the rail in a nice 3rd place finish, a shame 3rd place didn't pay this time. Looks like he's got the start he wanted.

Surprisingly Dani came 2nd after dominating the field throughout the event. Last seasons champion must be happy with his opening position.

And so to this weeks winner, Geth. The long awaited first place has finally emerged and now he can't complain that all the cards he gets are Shite! WP Geth for the first win of the season.
